- Eligibility: For a hassle-free return, items must remain unused and in their original packaging/condition.
- How to Start: Please get in touch with our team within the 7-day period. We’ll walk you through the return steps and guide you through the process. Once we confirm, kindly ship the items back to us within 7 days of our initial communication.
- Return Shipping: Note that return shipping costs will be covered by you. We advise using a tracked delivery service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
- Refund Process: After we receive and inspect the returned items to confirm they meet the criteria, we’ll process your refund via your original payment method as quickly as possible.
- Non-Refundable Items: Items that have been used, or promotional items with minor flaws, cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges: We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your current purchase and place a new order.
We also provide a 3-month warranty. If you encounter any issues with your purchase within this period, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help.
A Friendly Reminder: Our products are inflatable. Over-inflation may cause damage. Please handle them with care! We cannot take responsibility for damage caused by improper use (e.g., over-inflation) rather than product quality issues.
