We ship all orders from China.
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
- Note for liquid products: Items like Shiny Oil cannot currently be delivered to Norway or Russia due to logistics restrictions. We’ll announce updates on our social media if this changes.
- For Taiwan customers: Shipping for liquid products may take approximately 1 month. Thank you for your patience.
Processing & shipping time:
- In-stock items: 5–15 workdays from order placement to shipment.
- Customized products or large colored items: Approximately 1 month from order placement to shipment.
Transit time
: After shipment, it generally takes about 20 workdays for delivery.
Important: All timeframes are listed in workdays (not calendar days) and exclude weekends and public holidays.

A 3–5 day pause in logistics updates is normal, often due to customs clearance. If updates stop beyond this timeframe, please contact us immediately at service@pumpld. We’ll assist as much as possible.
If your package is marked as “delivered” but missing, or you encounter other delivery issues:
First, check the additional notes on YANWEN for local courier contact info, and reach out to the local logistics company directly—they can provide the most timely support.
If the package is lost or returned, we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee a full resolution in all cases (e.g., due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries).
